What is your shipping policy?
Delivers take only 2-3 business days. After your order, we will send you details of the shipping in order to trace your package. Trimita is not responsible for any international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process.

We have a general free shipping policy over $50. However, shipping costs can be free depending on our temporary campaigns. Please follow our campaigns to use free shipping delivery.

Do you have a refund policy?

Shipping Rates

We charge a €6.95 delivery fee for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. Enjoy free shipping on orders above €50. 

For deliveries to Germany and France the shipping fee is a flat €8.99. Enjoy free shipping on orders above €75.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the shipping fee is a flat £21.9. Enjoy free shipping on orders above £100.

Now, for our friends across the Atlantic in the United States and Canada, the shipping rate is a fixed $18. But don't forget, orders above $100 enjoy free shipping.

Return Policy

If your Turkish Towel is not pre-washed, it is recommended washing your Turkish Towel before you use it for the first time to ensure maximum absorbency and softness.

How to wash Turkish Towel
Machine wash with similar colours at 30 degrees. Then hang to dry. Using the dryer could cause damage. Do not use bleach, the softener may decrease towel absorption. Therefore softener is not recommended for Turkish Towel. Iron on the low heat.

Every wash makes Turkish Towel softer and more absorbent.
