Once your package is on its way, you automatically receive an email with tracking link to follow your shipment in real-time.

Customs, duties & taxes

Trimita is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or state taxes that may apply after shipment. These fees are determined by US customs authorities and vary by state and order value.

Returns - 14 days right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Conditions: Product unused, original tags intact, preferably in original packaging. If damaged, we may charge for depreciation.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged:

Report immediately to the carrier
Take photos of damage and packaging
Email info@trimita.store with order number
Keep packaging until claim is processed

The carrier will leave a notification. You can arrange redelivery or pick up at a local facility.
