Shipping to the United States

Standard shipping

The checkout shows the available shipping option and final charge for your delivery address.

Processing and delivery

We process in-stock orders within 1 working day. Any different dispatch timing is stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days after dispatch. This is additional to order processing time; weekends, public holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Track your order

Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Import-related charges

Depending on the destination, order value and shipping terms, import duties, taxes or carrier fees may apply. The checkout shows the charge collected by Trimita. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about import-related costs.

Returns: 14-day notification window

Under Trimita’s return policy, notify us within 14 days after receiving your order if you wish to return an eligible item. You then have another 14 days to send it back. Ordinary return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise stated.
