Shipping to the United Kingdom

Standard shipping

The checkout shows the available shipping option and final charge for your delivery address.

Processing and delivery

We process in-stock orders within 1 working day. Any different dispatch timing is stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is additional to order processing time; weekends and public holidays can affect delivery.

Track your order

Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link.

International delivery

Shipments to the United Kingdom can involve import duties, taxes or carrier fees depending on the shipping terms and order circumstances. The checkout shows the charge applied by Trimita; contact us before ordering if you need clarification about import-related costs.

Returns: 14-day cooling-off period

Notify us within 14 days after receiving your order if you wish to withdraw. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. You pay the shipping cost for an ordinary return.
