Shipping Rates
We charge a £21.90 delivery fee for orders within the United Kingdom. Enjoy free delivery on orders above £100.
For deliveries to the Netherlands and Belgium, the standard fee is €6.95, and for Germany and France it is €8.99. Free delivery applies for orders above €50–€75 respectively.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email within 2–3 working days, including your tracking number and instructions.
Customs, Duties and VAT
Orders to the UK are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes applied after dispatch.

Return Policy
All products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Contact us at info@trimita.store. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are no longer possible.
