Trimita is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges that may apply after shipment. These fees are determined by UK customs authorities and vary by order value.

Returns - 14 days right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged:

Report immediately to the carrier
Take photos of damage and packaging
Email info@trimita.store with order number
Keep packaging until claim is processed
