Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Processing and delivery

We process in-stock orders within 1 working day. Any different dispatch timing is stated on the product page.

Transit time depends on the destination. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Track your order

Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link. Use this link for the latest carrier updates.

International delivery

Shipments outside the EU can involve import duties, taxes or carrier fees. The applicable costs depend on the destination and shipping terms. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Returns: 14-day cooling-off period

Notify us within 14 days after receiving your order if you wish to withdraw. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. You pay the shipping cost for an ordinary return.

Does free shipping include return shipping?
