Shipping Rates

We charge a €6.95 delivery fee for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. Enjoy free shipping on orders above €50. 

For deliveries to Germany and France the shipping fee is a flat €8.99. Enjoy free shipping on orders above €75.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the shipping fee is a flat £21.9. Enjoy free shipping on orders above £100.

Now, for our friends across the Atlantic in the United States and Canada, the shipping rate is a fixed $18. But don't forget, orders above $100 enjoy free shipping.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Upon placing your order with us, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 2-3 business days. This email will contain details about your order, a unique tracking number, and instructions on how to use it to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Trimita is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Damages: While we take great care in packaging your orders to ensure their safe delivery, Trimita is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please follow these steps:

1. Contact the shipment carrier immediately to report the damage. They will guide you on the necessary steps to take.

2. Additionally, please contact us to inform of the situation and so that we can assist you in the claims process.

3. In the case of damaged items, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods as they may be required when filing a claim.
