Shipping Rates
We charge a fixed $18 CAD shipping fee for all Canadian orders. Orders above $100 CAD qualify for free shipping.
Deliveries to Europe cost between €6.95 and €8.99 depending on the country.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent within 2–3 business days once your order ships, including tracking details.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (GST/HST)
Trimita is not responsible for import duties, GST/HST, or brokerage fees applied upon entry into Canada. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

- Keep all packaging materials and damaged items until inspection.
Return Policy
You can return products within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Contact info@trimita.store to begin. After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
