About Us
Turkish Cotton, Linen & Wool – Sustainable Craft by Trimita
Trimita’s journey began in 2018 in Rotterdam. During my husband Prof. Fatih Deyneli’s research visits at Erasmus University Rotterdam, I decided to leave my career in civil engineering and bring the textile heritage of Denizli to the Netherlands.
We produced our first products in Denizli and introduced them to Rotterdammers through stores such as Lost & Found Store and Swan Market Rotterdam. The natural quality of Turkish cotton and the craftsmanship of Denizli quickly gained attention.
Soon after, our online sales began, and today we deliver our products across Europe via bol.com and our own store www.trimita.store.
Over time, Trimita expanded its collections — from peshtemals, robes, and kimonos to blankets, bedspreads, and everyday clothing. We also had the opportunity to showcase our brand at prestigious fairs such as Libelle Zomerweek, Royal Christmas Fair, and ShowUP.
